first version of graylight cover! // i've washed my hair ... but no brush has touched for ten days. interesting effect. even more interesting when you touch it. and yes i took that photo over my shoulder. laaameeee.
our art show at the studio is on sunday and i was supposed to have 1) prints from graylight (never before seen footage!) 2)copies of house of clay for sale and 3) some paintings. however, the copies of the book my mother said she had .. she'd sold. and didn't remember. so none of that. then, the printer messed up my prints ... so.. none of that, i thought. my dear husband went to get other prints today though while i i worked on this drawing so perhaps it'll be ok. and there will be two or three paintings, too.
anyway, looking forward to it! it's the biggest event i've ever put together so it's a little scary. we're looking at it as a test run; if it's successfull we'll keep doing parties and shows. cross your fingers!
